Sage Barista Touch:
No water

These are some of the Barista Touch faults we see regularly. Start with the symptom closest to yours. We will never diagnose a machine from a webpage, but we can help you understand the sensible next step.
No water coming from my Barista Touch
WHAT YOU MAY NOTICE
Your Barista Touch may sound like it is trying to pump, but little or no water comes through the group head, steam wand or hot water outlet. Sometimes there may be a small amount of flow before it stops completely.
SAFE NEXT STEP
Rule out a dry or blocked water filter. Make sure the water tank is full and seated correctly, then remove the water filter and try the machine once without it. If the flow returns, either replace the filter rather than continuing to run the machine with the same filter, or try re-soaking the filter outside of the water tank.
HOW WE CAN HELP
When all the outlets are affected, this usually points towards an internal blockage or another fault within the machine’s water system. Even if only one of the outlets isn’t working correctly, it can point to either a blockage or an issue with an internal valve affecting the direction of water flow.
We can diagnose which part of the water system is at fault and repair it in our workshop.
