Our approach
Repair should feel straightforward.
We use Sage Barista machines ourselves and understand how much a daily coffee ritual matters. We explain the next step clearly, focus on good repair work and aim to bring machines back to life rather than see them go to landfill.
Wherever possible, we reuse parts rather than replace them and choose recycled or recyclable packaging to reduce waste.
