How It Works

HOW OUR REPAIRS WORK:

1 – BOOK YOUR REPAIR
Book your repair via the “book your repair link” below or at the top of the page, giving us as much information about your machine’s fault as you can. Alternatively, you can ask questions via our whatsapp.

2 – WE WILL CONTACT YOU
After we receive your booking form or reach out, we will send over some more details depending on the information you supply.

3 – SEND YOUR MACHINE
You can either arrange to drop off your machine to us directly (we are based in Bristol) or you can arrange for it to be sent to us, we prefer our customers to use UPS for this. Please send over the tracking number once you have it. Please see our guide here on how to package your machine. We are appointment only for drop offs as the workshop isn’t always manned.

4 – WE REPAIR YOUR MACHINE
When we receive your machine we’ll let you know and replicate the fault you’ve described and start work on getting it fixed. We will conduct the repair up to the limit amount previously approved. In the rare situation that we are unable to fix your machine we will contact you to return your machine (Unlike others, we do not charge if we can not fix your machine). Once fixed we will reach out to collect payment and prepare the machine to be returned back to you. Our turnaround time is usually within a week.

5 – WE SEND YOUR MACHINE HOME
Once the machine has been collected by UPS we will send you the tracking details so you can keep an eye on it all the way home. If you dropped off your machine we will arrange a pick up time convenient for you.

6 – YOU CAN ENJOY YOUR COFFEE AGAIN!
