Good to know: The average cost of a repair is between £80 and £200 in total for an individual issue with a Sage Coffee machine. In the very rare instance that we are unable to repair; we do not charge.

We conduct all of our repairs and services in our workshop in Bristol.

This allows us to ensure the consistant quality, timeliness and cost of our repairs and services. (See our Trust Pilot reviews to see what others think)

The majority of our customers post their machine to us; however you are welcome to drop it into our workshop if you would prefer.

We charge £23 to return your machine. This includes the postage and packaging as well as insurnace to cover the cost of your coffee machine.

We will provide all the details you need once we’ve confirmed your appointment.
