Common problems with the Sage Barista Pro

Below are some examples of issues with the Sage Barista Pro which we have been able to fix. There are lots of different things that can go wrong with the Barista Pro and these are just some of them. However your machine is broken; book a repair with us today.

SAGE BARISTA PRO COMMON ISSUE:

Water won’t pass through the group head, steam wand or hot water outlet (Portafilter / Percolator / Coffee maker)

A common problem for the Sage Barista Pro is an internal blockage. This means water won’t pass through the group head, the steam wand or the hot water outlet. The machine makes noises as if the water is trying to pass water. Sometimes water will pass for 5 seconds and then stop.

SAGE BARISTA PRO COMMON ISSUE:

Grinder not working

Another common problem for the Sage Barista Pro is the grinder stopping working. This can either be that it makes a terrible noise (simillar to our video) or that it makes no noise.

Either way, this can result in no, little or too much coffee being ground. It can also mean that the coffee is not ground fine enough.
